You can request a replacement only in the following cases:

•Items damaged, altered, or washed by the customer.
•Items returned without original packaging, inserts, or tags.
•Items not in their original condition or without proof of unboxing.
Your product must be unused, with inserts, and in original packaging to qualify for replacement.

6-Month Free Color Replacement Policy
All Dhārmika products are covered under a 6-month free color replacement guarantee for color fading issues.
To claim:
•Share clear pictures of your product with our team.
•Pay only a ₹100 shipping & handling fee (prepaid only, COD not available).
•Return of the old product is optional — you may keep or return it at your own cost.
Note: Damaged products are not covered under this policy.

•Our team will review your submitted photos and unboxing video to verify eligibility.
•The decision of the Dhārmika Quality Team will be final and binding.

Delivery & Refund Process
•If a prepaid order is undelivered due to unavailability, refunds (after deducting shipping fees) will be issued as Dhārmika Wallet Credit.
•Please verify the COD amount before paying the courier agent.
•Requests made after 1 day of delivery will not be entertained under the 1-day policy.

Refunds
Refunds to bank accounts or UPI IDs will be issued only in exceptional cases, such as:
•Orders delayed by multiple weeks, or
•Repeated receipt of wrong/damaged items.
All other approved cases will be refunded as Dhārmika Wallet Credits or Gift Cards for your next purchase.

Return Procedure
1.Visit our Return & Exchange Portal (add your link).
2.Enter your order number and registered email or phone number.
3.Upload product photos and unboxing video.
4.Once verified, our courier partner will initiate a pickup (if available in your area).
5.Upon inspection and approval, replacement or wallet credit will be processed.
If return pickup is not available in your area, kindly ship the product to us. Replacement will be sent after inspection.
